In-store Customer Returns

Customers shopping in-store can return merchandise and receive a store credit-only.

Online Customer Returns

  • Online customers can return merchandise within 30-days of purchase and receive a full refund.
  • All returns beyond 30-days of the purchase will receive a store credit.

Return shipping

The cost for shipping returns back to Jeweler’s Services, Inc. is the responsibility of the customer.

Requesting a return

Online customers may request a refund in writing via this form. Expect to receive a reply within 48 business hours of the request.
