Since 1974, Jeweler’s Services, Inc. (JSI) has provided a comprehensive range of jewelry design, manufacturing, and repair services. Specializing in fine gold and platinum jewelry, we can help you with an extensive array of manufactured and hand-crafted products. Our team of on-site jewelers strives to achieve our high standard of excellence in every phase of production and customer service.
The company incorporated in Virginia in 1967 as a national manufacturer of family rings and jewelry and became female-owned and operated in 2017.

Jill LaPrad – Owner & Master Jeweler
Jill’s wealth of knowledge was gained originally as a graduate of Bowman Technical School. She has honed her skills for over 30 years in jewelry design, manufacturing, and repair. During her tenure at Jeweler’s Services Inc., which began in 1985, she has gained extensive expertise in jewelry repair and fabrication: and a wide variety of stone setting techniques. After working at, and managing the company for so many years she took the plunge and became the owner in early 2017.

I will never take my jewelry anywhere else
"I recently lost my wedding band and engagement ring.....and upon finding them, they had been run over by a car. Luckily the diamonds were still in tact, but otherwise the rings were a bent, scratched, and twisted mess. Needless to say, I was an emotional wreck when I went in the store. Jill assured me she could fix the rings.....and she did! They were soldered together on the bottom, and she went so far as to take them apart and fix the band while I waited, so I wouldn't be totally without a ring during the time it took to repair the other one. When I went back to pick up the repaired engagement ring and have them soldered back together, they looked better than they did before the car ran over them! I sing praises to Jill, who is a master craftsman, as well as a sweet and caring lady. I will never take my jewelry anywhere else. Thank you Jill for everything!"

"My husband and I had the pleasure of using their services to resize my anniversary gift. It was a drop necklace my husband purchased as a surprise that needed to be shortened in length. On our anniversary day, when we went to pick it up we realized it needed to be resized again to be the perfect length. The entire experience was exceptional...from the flawless resizing where you could not even see a seam, the customer service, to the rush service to resize so I could leave the store with my necklace. While we waited for the resize, we were given a glimpse into their wealth of knowledge about the jewelry industry, the process of jewel making, and had the chance to see some beautiful stones. I can not tell which is the new band and which one is the original
"I can’t say enough about the wonderful work done by Jill and everyone at Jeweler Services. I have had several things repaired there, and also had a beautiful anniversary band made there. Recently, I decided I wanted a “jacket” for my engagement ring. I brought my wedding band to Jeweler Services and they made an exact replica of it. It is such an exact likeness, that I can not tell which is the new band and which one is the original! Now my engagement ring can slip in between the 2 wedding bands , and the 3 rings can be welded into one piece. It is absolutely stunning!
